REVISION PROCESS
- Sketch delivered: You have 1 revision to check and feedback concisely. Make sure every detail proportion get approved in this phase
- Colored model (not cutting* yet) delivered: You have 1 revision to check and feedback concisely. Possible adjustment includes: Color choice / Missing details
- Finished model (done cutting) delivered: No revision. In case of additional revision, +$150/revision
(*) Cutting: every detail from the model gets separated for rigger/modeller to make things move

Terms of service
Paypal Invoice is the main payment method. Venmo is optional
Transaction fee 6% will be included in the total price

Full pay up-front & partial pay
Partial pay: 1st half is sent before sketch. 2nd half is sent after sketch is accepted
Designing from scratch and it has to accommodate the lore / personality, price will be case by case
Response time may happen within 2 days
CONFIDENTIALITY
All parties must not disclose each other information to third parties without a written note of consent
COMMERCIAL USE & CREDITS
When all parties agree on the terms, the artwork can be used by client under the price tiers below:
• TIER 1 (Price x1.5): Artwork can be used for offline representation (event, expo) and online representation on monetized platforms (Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok,...). Credit to the artist is required by including a statement "Artwork by Kuri Nyann"
• TIER 2 (Price x1.8): Tier 1 is included. Also, client is permitted to make sales from merchandises featuring the commissioned artworkNOTE: "Price" mentioned here is the original commission price
REVISION
I can offer a limited amount of revision:
• During sketch phase: 1 revision
• During color phase: 2 revisions
Therefore, when you receive the drawing updates, please look over and be precisely condensed in 1 feedback
I have rights to refuse comm if:
• I'm not comfortable to work with or work on
• You are not clear/sure about what you want
• You are not responsive within reasonable amount of time (24 ~ 48hrs)
• Your commission is not within my majors
IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE PROCEED
• Any detail or color choice that will not effect much to the main lore or the drawing must depend on artist's perspective, skill, style
• It means that small adjustment such as "a little of bigger, higher, lower, to the right/left, brighter, darker,...." will be neglected
• If you find yourself comfortable with this policy, we can proceed
Reference requirements
Must use Google Drive Folder
Your order's ref and requirements must be clear
Ref can be anything (gif, photo, vid, ...)
Length isn't matter as long as it's informative and it can describe what you need
If you're NOT SURE/CLEAR about what you want for the drawing, I have to refuse your order

Result and proceed
Kuri Nyann, besides the client, also retains all rights of the artworks which are drawn by Kuri Nyann (including personal promotion such as portfolio) unless otherwise asked by client (note this will double the price)
If payment was received (in either half or full) and the project is canceled by the client, no refund will be offered and said client won't be allowed to use whatever materials forwarded back and forth during the making of such project. I, Kuri Nyann, shall keep the rights of all the materials
No further major changes in the drawing if you let me: go wild - free hand to decide
No refund after the payment has been processed successfully
Don't claim the artwork to be your own
Artist credit is optional
